Converting a HEIC photo or shrinking a PNG shouldn't mean uploading it to a stranger's server, sitting through an ad-choked page, or creating an account to unlock a "pro" feature. It's a task your own computer is already perfectly capable of doing in a fraction of a second.
So every tool here — from format conversion to resizing, compression, and PDF handling — runs on your device, in your browser tab.
